Pre-construction is critical to the success of any project. Design / Build
Rubiola Construction can also provide Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) design/construction services by partnering with Design Teams to provide a stream-lined project delivery method which reduces owner risk found in traditional Design-Bid-Build project delivery methods.
The collaborative nature of IPD increases the predictability of positive outcomes and reduces risk. It provides Owners with greater flexibility in decision making and an improved overall project experience. The inherent efficiency of Design/Build has been shown to reduce productivity loss during construction thus providing the Owner with greater value at reduced cost.
